I cannot remember if one enters on Cornwallis Dr. or Hobbs Rd. to the Tanger Bicentennial Garden. Plenty of parking, easy walking. Cross Hobbs Road and there is an entrance either on the other side of Hobbs and on Starmount Farms Drive. There is a special crosswalk where autos MUST stop.
