South Carolina police are investigating after a 2-year-old boy died in a shooting Wednesday in the Chester County town of Great Falls, officials said. Rylin Burrell died after the shooting, said Terry Tinker, Chester County coroner. The child died at a hospital in Lancaster later Wednesday after the shooting on Washington Street, Tinker said.

Pennsylvania State Police said a man impersonating a police officer tried to pull over another motorist on US 1 in Chester County on Sept. 13.

A shooting investigation is underway in Great Falls on Wednesday, according to the Chester County Sheriff's Office.
